Specialty Classes
Along side our normal classes, our specialty classes offer new and refreshing ways to incorporate fitness into your life. The specialty classes vary in prices. All fitness levels are welcome, and we highly encourage you to come be a part of the fun. These classes are offered on various dates throughout the month, and we look forward to seeing you!

Kettlebell Sport
Kettlebell sport is a great way to work on your overall strength, cardiovascular system and mental toughness. The best way to describe it is "Endurance Weightlifting". The sport focuses on 3 basic lifts which are Snatch, Jerk and Long Cycle. Each of those lifts are done for a set time of 5 or 10 min. A lifter will have the option here at the gym to use a bell weight of their choice ranging from 8kg up to 32kg.

Step Class
​
Participants will use a 4-8" step to combine various, multidirectional, exercise movements. The step is used to incorporate high and low intensity exercise to achieve an increase in cardiorespiratory fitness and muscular strength.

Yoga
​
Yoga is the practice of mind and body balance. Through various styles, yoga combines postures, breath work and mindfulness to promote both physical and mental well-being. Yoga, when practiced regularly, can help reduce blood pressure and heart rate and improve flexibility.
This class is instructor led.
